FAA PART 107 REMOTE PILOT CERTIFICATE HOLDERS

As of August 29th, 2016, the FAA is requiring all drone aerial photos or videos used for commercial use to be taken from someone with a Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate – sUAS (small Unmanned Aircraft Systems) rating. If not you can incur expensive penalties!
